Domestic Returns

{{shop_name}} accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 30 days of shipment.

Online Return

{{shop_name}} accepts online returns for orders that meet return condition requests. Please provide your order number and contact us via email so that we can assist you the best. 

Note: you are eligible for refund only after {{shop_name}} receives the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. If your item is received with any staining or damage, we will not accept return for full refund.

Steps To Return Item(s)

  • Once the order has been shipped, you may check and inform us via email if your order has not been working right for you.
  • We will provide you a free return label if we inspect that the reasons for your return caused by our side. 
  • Then, you may want to print out the label and attach it on your package to ship it back to us. 


You may also have a refund back to your original form of payment in 24 hours after 7-21 business days we received the order and inspect that it was in deed damaged as your descriptions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
