Shipping and Delivery

Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 8 days (Tuesday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

What type of shipping courier you are using and how much is it per an order?

We provide USPS First Class Package as our main shipping option which costs $4.99 per an order. 

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We will email your shipping confirmation including tracking once your order has shipped. 

For Expedited shipping, this option we are currently not providing but if there is anything opens up we will let you know. 

Please keep in mind, Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not considered business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to unexpected events. 

Can I add or change items to an existing order?

Items cannot be changed or added to an order once it has been shipped out. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and have been sent an email with your confirmation number. Our updated system does not allow for these types of changes. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.

Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?

We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has started processing and shipping, we cannot guarantee cancelation. 

Can I combine orders?

We are sorry, but we are unable to combine orders. Combining orders would cause additional delays for all open shipments which we wish to avoid. To best serve all our valued customers we process orders as quickly and efficiently as we can.

How do I make an exchange?

We want to make sure you’re happy with your new gear. We facilitate exchanges by returning and placing a new order. Start this process by placing a new order for the item size/color you want and then follow the steps to return the item(s) you currently have. Because our inventory is very fluid, this will ensure you get your gear as soon as possible with the best stock availability.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we do ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally and/ or any approved destination countries at the moment.
