tracking solutions. By selecting DHL+ at checkout your order will be protected from

damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken

upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with DHL. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use

DHL – only at cost $4.99 – 4-8 business days for delivery excluding 2-3 business days for handling time. 

*Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days

from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost

(where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the

last status update.

We do not provide international shipping currently. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your item(s) priority to shipping and we also need your shipping approval by replying our confirmation email, please kindly check your mail box including the spam box just in cases. 

Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 8 days (Tuesday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
