Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?

Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green “notify me” tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.

If an item says it’s sold out online does that mean it’s sold out in the store too?

Not necessarily! There’s a good chance it’s available in our store! We can also ship from our store too! You can call {{phone}} to check and see if the item is still available from our store inventory! 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. Only standard shipping option no express one. 

How do I track my order?

Creating a customer account with us is always a good idea! You can log in and view your orders and tracking numbers at any time. Whether you created an account or checked out as a guest you should’ve received a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you did not receive it contact us at {{support_email}}.

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is possible to make a change to your order within 24 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders in 2-3 days, so changes and cancellations can always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our official email on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Do you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we ship only within the US. 

How much is the shipping cost ? 

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: 

The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS First Class Package: $4.99)

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
